The scientific program reflects this multidisciplinary approach, combining the latest scientific evidence with the practical experience of internationally recognized experts. Over the three days of the congress, topics of major interest will be addressed, including: Colorectal and rectal cancer, with emphasis on personalized treatment, organ preservation, advanced surgical techniques, and the role of modern imaging modalities Robotic and laparoscopic surgery, with dedicated sessions on the safe and reproducible implementation of minimally invasive surgical programs Artificial intelligence in coloproctology, from endoscopic and surgical applications to data‑driven decision support Inflammatory bowel diseases, approached through an integrated medical–surgical perspective aligned with current international guidelines Emergencies and complications in coloproctology, featuring interactive sessions and panel discussions Pelvic floor disorders, functional assessment, and modern strategies for treatment and rehabilitation The congress will include free paper sessions, educational videos, “How I do it” presentations, joint medical–surgical sessions, as well as post‑congress courses dedicated to both surgeons and gastroenterologists interested in ultrasound, colorectal MRI, robotic surgery, and updates of international guidelines. With the participation of distinguished speakers from Europe and around the world, as well as the active involvement of Romanian specialists, the 2026 National Congress of Coloproctology aims to be not only a landmark scientific event, but also a genuine platform for dialogue, education, and professional collaboration. We would like to welcome all of you once again to Mumbai for the 22^nd Mumbai LIVE endoscopy course from the 18^th to the 20^th of April 2025. This meeting carries a special significance as this is our 22^nd LIVE endoscopy course 30 years after we did our first Mumbai LIVE course in 1993. The evolution of GI endoscopy over the past 6 decades has been phenomenal and most gastroenterologist’s have an ambition to master the art and skill of GI endoscopy and the evolving interventional procedures. In addition to having a sound knowledge of gastroenterology, the practice of GI endoscopy and the newer interventional procedures requires adequate training along with immense manual dexterity. As you can see from the conference highlights, we are presenting to you a power-packed program consisting of LIVE endoscopy sessions, Breakfast sessions, Endoscopy update lectures, Orations, Industry sponsored lunch symposia, Informal chai-pe-charcha breakout sessions and a Video contest for our upcoming stars. The conference will be preceded by a 4-hour OLYMPUS / ANBIIG session on the basics of IEE, EMR & ESD. We are delighted to extend our sincere invitation to the 2024 edition of the Digestive Endoscopy Workshop Cluj, to be held at the Iuliu Hațieganu Auditorium in Cluj-Napoca, starting mid-September.

During the 3-day workshop, from September 19th to 21st, esteemed international experts will convene to explore the latest advancements in digestive endoscopy.

In line with tradition, the scientific program will encompass sessions, workshops, and case presentations.
